The most ancient of all materials and the top of the line for Hawaiian shirts. Originally importred to Hawaii for Japaneese Kimonas it soon became the fabric of choice. Silk has the greatest strength of all natural fabrics and have a great ability to conduct heat away from the body so the always feel cool. They are also great at absorbing moisture so the always feel dry. Silk is naturally resistant to soiling, but when it comes time to clean we recommend dry-cleaning or hand-washing in a mild soap solution.
